How does this work?
Every month I'll give you a theme and you'll have to create a Manga/Anime styled entry according to it
Is Fan Art or Fan Characters allowed?
I'm afraid notOnly Original Characters and universes are allowed. Your Naruto based OC, for example, isn't elligible to enter or win.
Can we submit pre-existing works that fit the theme?
Nope. All entries must be made specifically for this contest, old artworks won't be accepted.

WELPhi guys--just fyi, i'm in china right now for an internship with limited internet connection, so my activity might drop even further. i did bring my tablet to work on commissions, so never fear, i'll figure out a way to get things done once i've settled down. i apologize for the wait; last semester was a little hellish for me and right after finals week i got myself whisked off across the world for more architecture things ahahahfdklsafjsklfad what am i doing to myselfWELP by *rachityrach
this is the first time i've been out of the US on my own though, so it should be an adventure no matter how daunting.;;;
